Whether you need assistance the week of, the day before or the day of your big event, I'm here to help! I provide event setup assistance for items you rented from me, as well as, any event rentals from other companies. This service starts at a minimum of $250, but the final price will depend on the number of guests and any additional items that require setup. Any distance over 25 miles, there will be an additional mileage fee.

Doing a lot of DIY for your event? Don't have anyone designated for the next day cleanup service? No worries! I will come to clean up and organize all rental returns for you. Pricing starts at $250, but depends on the quantity of guests and items.

Need help planning a Bridal Shower, Baby Shower, Birthday, Retirement Party or any party at all? We have you covered! We can help with as much or little as you want! Reach out for pricing. We can create a custom package based on your needs and budget!

Wedding Day of Coordinator Services:

• Review of contracts & vendor coordination
• Detailed wedding day timeline
• Rehearsal coordination
• Directs Ceremony and Reception
• Wedding Day logistics management: setup, cues, transitions
• Handles vendor communication, set-up, tear-down
• Sets up all decor, table settings, and anything else for the day
• Keeps all vendors, wedding party and guest on schedule
• Helps ensure a seamless, stress-free experience!
• Troubleshooting any unforeseen issues
• Point person for vendors and guests 

This is just a basic list of the duties I assist you with. I will be your go to girl all day!

Packages:

• Day of Coordinator: $800- We start working together 8 weeks prior to your event. I will be there for your rehearsal and up to 12 hours on your wedding day.
• Day of Coordinator + Help with Vendor Bookings- $1200-$1500(depending on timeline). We start working together as soon as you get engaged! Assistance with searching vendors, securing vendors, reading contracts and anything else vendor related.
• Custom Package: Everyone has different needs, and we are here to help with whatever those needs may be! Happy to create custom packages to fit your budget, just reach out!
